“I just want to say thank you very much for sorting out my machine. Yes, I must admit the fault was partly on our side too. My assistant connected the water pipes incorrectly and I did not double check. I do apologize! But on the other hand I also want to say thanks to the technician Jimmy, very nice guy! And knows his stuff!! He did have to do some adjustments and changes to the machine but it is working like a charm now!! Thanks again for the help, duly appreciated and please say thanks to the service dept as well!”
