Lead technician for the Garden Route

We would like to thank our loyal customers along the Garden Route and nearby inland towns for their valued support.

We created a Technical Office in George several years ago to provide an efficient technical support resource for Tullis, Speed Queen and Girbau appliances on your doorstep. Mike Sinclair, who many of you will know, has run our technical office (based in George) in the region with great success over the last few years, and it has been encouraging to witness the growth in our Garden Route customer base over this time.

Unfortunately Mike has had to relocate to Port Elizabeth.

We are in the process of finding a replacement for the Garden Route who we hope will fill Mike’s big ‘boots’ and want to keep you informed of what we are doing.

The intention is to replace Mike with a George based technician as soon as we have found somebody who we feel is capable of fulfilling the objective of providing world class after-sales service in the area.

This may take some time because we are finding qualified resources scarce, but please be assured we are working as quickly as we can to get this accomplished.

For now, we are providing after-sales service from either our CT or PE branches (as used to be the case).

In an attempt not to compromise our customers we are for the time being doing this work at the same cost as if we had a technical resource residing in George (no long-distance travel charges from CT or PE).

We endeavour to hold this arrangement as long as we can and hopefully until we employ a new technician in the area.
