New Technical Offices opened in PE and Rustenburg

Lead are proud to announce that new technical offices have been opened in Port Elizabeth and Rustenburg.

Port Elizabeth has been growing significantly for Lead in recent years, and Rustenburg remains an important area for us….” says Lead Managing Director Gregg Macfarlane “…and it was a logical move to ensure we get faster, more reliable, more economical service to our customer base in these areas, …. and also one where we have direct control over the work priorities and over those that represent our after sales service in these areas. This is just the beginning of our plans for these areas but it always starts for us with the after sales side first – the area we consider most important. Like it did with Bloemfontein and Nelspruit full sales functionality and equipment warehousing will be added in due course. Until then we will make sure we perfect the after sales function in these increasingly important.”

Our customers are already seeing the benefits of us being closer to them both in terms of cost and quality of service, and we will continue to add more staff and services to each of these offices in time” says Gregg.
