In situations where the volume of work warrants something more than hand irons, the Tullis range of conventional ironers require linen to be fed at 10-15% residual moisture, meaning a ‘conditioning’ period is required in the tumble driers first. Conventional Return Feed Roller irons can be installed against a wall to save space and will return the finished garment to the operator for folding. Volume and size of linen determines the size of the required roller iron.

GI Series Roller Ironers

Designed around the roller and the plate, the GI ironers offer excellent ironing results, higher productivity and optimised workspaces due to the innovative MCTS (Multipoint Contact Thrust System) and PLS (Pull-wire Lifting System) systems.

The possibility of adjusting temperature, rotation speed of the roller and thrust of the plate ensures, not only excellent ironing quality, but also great versatility of use, reliability of yield over time and uniformity in the duration of the entire machine.

For all those businesses that do not require particularly advanced solutions, the FOX control system is perfect, thanks to entry level functions, that allow maximum flexibility without the need for special skills or knowledge.

Every detail of the new GI ironers has been designed to provide the operator with the most comfortable working position. Such as the innovative Adjustable Infeed Plate: the wooden linen introduction axis, adjustable in different grades and back and forward, avoids overheating and electrostatic charge.
