Laundry Connect is suitable for all commercial laundries. You can integrate or replace your existing coin mechanism or use a card to activate machines.
There are three types of cashless payment options:
LAUNDRY WALLET PAYMENTS
Laundry equipment is activated when the customer scans their pre-loaded TAP-TO-PAY laundry card on a washer or dryer.
BANK CARD PAYMENTS
Laundry equipment is activated when the customer scans their VISA or MASTERCARD bank card at a centralised kiosk.
MOBILE PHONE PAYMENTS
With the support of SnapScan or Zapper, we establish a direct secure web- hook, which facilitates customer payment and activates laundry equipment when the QR code on a washer or dryer is scanned.
Top Load Washers: Coin-operated Systems
Traditional coin-operation activation systems are largely being replaced by Laundry Connect’s Cashless Payment Gateway. The Covid-19 pandemic has accelerated this transition, and we no longer offer traditional coin-operated equipment.
If you have existing coin-operated equipment, note that the old coin mechanisms can be used simultaneously with the LaundryConnect Cashless Payment Solution. This is helpful in transitioning to the more modern technology.
